Overview:
In this course you will review the four-step business writing process while getting a refresher on writing basics. With an organized approach to writing, you will learn the value of the four Cs of communication and writing: clear, concise, complete, and correct. Once drafting begins, we will also look at the different sentence types and sentence construction as well as how to develop paragraphs and introductions. Check your writing for better understanding using the readability test and learn the correct use of punctuation. You will also learn best practices for writing and managing your emails. And lastly, make sure your writing is perfect with our spelling and proofreading tips.
