Payment Terms

Payment must be received within (5) business days of class or within your invoice terms, whichever occurs first. If you register within 5 business days of class, payment is due upon registration. If providing payment when you register is not convenient, you may provide a credit card to hold your registration and then hand deliver payment to us the first day of class.

Credit Card Payments

If you are paying with a credit card please be aware that your card will initially be pre-authorized for the amount shown in your shopping cart. Any corporate discounts will be applied before your card is charged. We do not collect or store your credit card information.

Day of Class

Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your class start time. If you arrive more than 30 minutes after your class start time you will not be admitted to class. If you repeat a class on a retake basis, please bring the courseware manual from your previous class.

Anywhere (Live OLT)

TLG Learning offers the choice of many different learning methods. Our newest learning method is LIVE Online Training.

If you have registered for an Anywhere (LIVE OLT) class you are scheduled to attend class from your home or office. You will receive an email describing the equipment and steps needed to connect to your LIVE OLT class. Please review this email promptly and follow its instructions completely to confirm you will be ready to start your class on time. If you have questions or require assistance, please contact support@TLGLearning.com or phone 1 (855) 460-5880. 

If you have registered for a LIVE OLT class and the location is Bellevue (LIVE OLT) or Seattle (LIVE OLT) simply show up for class at our Bellevue or Seattle training center as you would for any other class. Your classroom equipment will be ready to go.

Free Class Retakes

Once you attend a full open enrollment course taught by TLG Learning, you may retake that same course at no charge on a space available basis for any reason whatsoever within 12 months. Your only cost would be the cost of new course materials if the courseware has been upgraded to a new version since you originally attended class, or associated lab fees if required.

Retake privileges vary for some classes with Special Tech Pricing and some classes that are delivered by TLG Learning’s partners.  Please contact your Account Executive for specifics.  

We reserve the right to charge $50 for Desktop Application retakes or $100 for Technical Training retakes who cancel outside our cancellation policies or “no show” for classes.

Rescheduling or Cancelling Class Registration

Open Enrollment Classes — You may reschedule or cancel your enrollment at no charge with at least eleven (11) business days advance written notice. If you  reschedule or cancel your class with less notice or “no show” the full amount of your invoice must be paid. If you need to cancel you also have the option to send a substitute student to your class or to reschedule your class at no additional cost on a space available retake basis for up to 12 months.

Open Enrollment Cisco Classes — You may reschedule or cancel your enrollment at no charge with at least sixteen (16) business days advance written notice. If you  reschedule or cancel your class with less notice or “no show” the full amount of your invoice must be paid. If you need to cancel you also have the option to send a substitute student to your class or to reschedule your class at no additional cost on a space available retake basis for up to 6 months.

Private Classes, Onsites and Room Rentals — You may  reschedule or cancel your Private Class, Onsite or Room Rental at no charge with at least eleven (11) business days written notice before the start date of your event. If you reschedule or cancel your event with 6 to 10 business days advance notice you will be charged 50% of your invoice amount. If you  reschedule or cancel your event with less than 5 business days advance notice you will be charged 100% of your invoice amount.

Inclement Weather

We run classes on all but the most severe weather days. To inquire if your class has been cancelled or delayed due to inclement weather, please refer to the home page of our web site at www.TLGLearning.com or call (425) 460-2200 ext. 0.

In the event of bad weather, with our new Anywhere LIVE OLT technology, you may opt to take your class remotely if the option is available. Please contact your account executive in advance to see if this option is available for your class.

If we are open during difficult weather, travel is up to the discretion of the student.

Purchase Expiration Dates

All TLG Learning products and services must be used within twelve (12) months of the date of purchase.

Schedule Changes

TLG Learning may change course prices or modify our schedule of courses at any time. All modifications that impact enrolled students will be communicated via phone and email. If a course you purchase and enroll in becomes unavailable before your class date you will receive your choice of a refund or credit for another class.
